- "Hits in SwissProt" to see BLASTP file
- "Hits in GenBank nr" to see BLASTP file of
- "Hits in thermoGenomes" to see BLASTP file of hits in complete thermophilic genomes
- "See COG" to see best COG match
- "Paralogs" to see if any paralogs or duplicates
- "Run PSI-BLAST vs GenBank" to directly blast orf sequence at NCBI
- "See all Annotations" to see other annotations.
