Clone selection :
This search form allows for selection of clones according to various criteria. The results page displays a list of clones which:
- can be annotated individually by selecting each clone (click on a clone name)
- alternatively, up to 15 clones can be annotated in parallel (check selected clones, then press "Annotate group of selected fosmids")
Clone selection can be performed according to information from the clone information database (Clones properties),
the ongoing clone annotation database (Clones annotation) and the clone ends matches in RefSeq database (Clone ends properties)
These criteria are all cumulative and can be combined to select any clone very selectively and specifically
More search criteria should be added as soon as new data is available
- Boolean queries are possible with the following operators :'or',
'and',
' not'.
Separate these keywords with spaces.
- Regular expressions (POSIX 1003.2) are
possible with the following operators:
'.'
(period), '+',
'*',
'?',
'^',
'$',
'{n}',
"|'
, '[ ]'.
- Do NOT separate items with spaces and choose "contains".
